In the past 2 years I bought more books from Borders than Barnes & Noble. Because a Borders Card membership was free and I often bought the books I wanted when I got a 33% to 40% off coupon in my email. I kept on waiting for these email coupons to buy. Barnes & Noble hardly had such matching deals. I hope Borders survives well.

Borders is closing in other parts of the state, too.

Borders stores are closing all over the state and all over the country. It sucks.

A woman from Flossmoor writes about the closing of the Matteson Borders. So true.
