Did some Googling...
Don't know condition of the dog, however animal abuser/dog walker's name is Jon Stenholt and his company is (was) "Alone At Home Pet Care". He has since closed his business permanently. One of the recent reviews on Yelp is from a former customer.

Know one knows when someone is about to snap. It happens when we leave our CHILDREN in others care and don't notice signs, perhaps - that something is going horribly wrong.HE must endure kicks from the owners , while tied up. Then made to watch the video for 24/7 for two weeks. Then medicated.

I think he's just a bad person and borderline sociopath. He also stepped on the dog's paws before he kicked it. You don't do that unless your main goal is to just hurt the dog.
