Touché.
I did, thank you. It was a false pretense and a lack of love for monies and power. They wanted TO BE SERVED, instead TO serve. Why don't you take the time to actually read it.

I have ... And Christ not only rebuked them for their greed and hypocrisy, he also rebuked them for extortion, and he specifically referred to their false teachings as being the leaven of the pharisees which he warned them of. You simply refuse to accept the
FACTS ...
Mat 23:25
“Woe to you, scribes and
Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of
extortion and self-indulgence.
Mat 16:12
Then they understood that
He did not tell them to beware of the leaven of bread,
but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
Now see if you can twist that and make it look like Jesus actually supported the doctrines of both Groups even thou he told them to be ware their doctrines.

What doctrine could the Pharisees have taught that would make them guilty of extortion?
Hmmm ... Maybe everlasting imprisonment in hell?
