Hahahahaha that's a long time if it's the light I get stuck at on this one highway by me. That thing I swear lasts for an eternity.

Paul said to Timothy "fan into flame the gift of God which is in you" , followed by "God gave us not a spirit of fear , but of love , power and a sound mind".1 Timothy 1 verse 6 and 7

I believe it goes without saying if you have been given a spirit of fear you will preach fear,if you have been given a spirit of love, power and a sound mind that is what you will preach.

The spirit of fear loves talking about fire burning up sinners because it doesn't understand love and grace, but fortunately the fire that Paul admonished Timothy to fan involves no fear, this fire actually burns in a man's heart like it did in the hearts of the 2 men on the road to Emmaus after Jesus spoke to them, and this same fire brings men to repentance too, the woman at the well ,Zacchaeus, the publican and many others in the gospels and the book of Acts all came to repentance through this flame of fire.
Yes the fire of God is consuming , but it consumes all resistance to God and burns so in our hearts that it brings us to repentance .

The veiled mind still lives and abides in fear and cannot help but believe in eternal torment through eternal fire , those with unveiled faces believe in a fire (His glory) that burns into a man's heart and bring him to repentance(No fear necessary)
