Yes.... Paul does, yet, not for the reason shown in the post above.... this is one man's reasoning, which IS, "going beyond what is written" !!

????
Want to know who is going to be saved.... READ the post below and one will not "go beyond what is written" ....

AMEN !!
The pharisees didn't "go beyond what is written" either... and they nailed Jesus to a cross of wood.

Blessings,
brian

Dear Judge,

Which denomination is that? How do you know what I seek and what I do not seek? Where did I say I seek to hear God only within my denomination?

What on earth are you talking about, and why would you say something like that?

You can judge me, and claim I do not believe in God, but the real judge is Jesus Christ, and only He will judge me, not you.

Blessings

Because they HAD TO, according to THEIR Law.
You cannot have a New Covenant without the shedding of blood, right? Hebrews 9:22
So Christ willingly laid down His Life for His Bride,,His People.

How do I know?

No, my friend.."

It seems that what you accuse Heartsong of, you do yourself as well.
Just an observation, nothing more.

brian

Of course. From the very foundation of the 'world'.

Hi HotinAZ!
Whether they "had to" or not beside the point. It is the mechanism of "doctrine before all" that is still alive and well today, which blinds us all if we are not careful to give preference to the Living Spirit, not letters and stone.

Don't you see how history repeats itself?

Blessings,
brian

A poor observation, because I didn't accuse her of anything. She suggested that said I do not believe in God unless I agree with her view, and I simply said I believe in God, but not her view. The accusation was on her part, not mine.
