When Jesus knocks on your door you have been given the ability to open the door. You also have the ability to refuse Him. This is why Jesus says "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me"

There is that big IF. IF you hear and open, He will come in. Jesus isn't going to knock on doors unless He knows the person inside is able to open the door.
Not at all, your last paragraph proves you received from God because of yourself. You do argue otherwise.

When will you humble yourself and accept that Jesus Christ opened your heart to receive him, and if he hadn't you would not know him,nor recognize him.

One of those listening was a woman named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth from the city of Thyatira, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart TO RESPOND to Paul's message.Acts 16:14.

Lydia will tell you it was God who opened her heart to respond, i agree with her.You see this is a clear example of God drawing people to Himself, accomplishing and fulfilling His desire to draw all men unto Himself.

I just explained it to you, and also asked you to stop pushing fallacies, but since you continue, there is nothing else to say.

Default Salvation is 100% by God's grace, plus nothing

You keep omitting the rest of the verse. As someone already pointed out, the verse continues " and to come to a knowledge of the truth". The Bible is saturated with these words when it talks about salvation: come, open (the door), repent, believe, trust, have faith etc all indicate that there is something you need to do.
Salvation is 100% by God's grace, plus nothing.

Any "cooperation" with God is the result, not the cause of God laying hold on us by His saving grace, just like it was for Saul of Tarsus, and Nebuchadnezzar.

God will have (desires if you like) all men to be saved (1 Timothy 2:4)
It is God’s “pleasure” that all mankind be saved.

And “God is operating all in accord with the counsel of His will” (Ephesians 1:11)

Change it to read “in accord with the counsel of His desire or pleasure” if you like.
Because God says
"My counsel shall stand.
I will do all my pleasure (the saving of all mankind is part of all of His pleasure)
Yea I have spoken it.
I will also bring it to pass.
I have purposed it.
I will also do it."
Isaiah 46:10,11

"Who will have"

Qelei - willeth, marking a determinate purpose.

"oV pantaV anqrwpouV qelei swqhnai kai eiV epignwsin alhqeiaV elqein "

What did you explain ? that we open a door ?. When will you humble yourself and accept it's God that opens everything up, from your heart to the scriptures ?.

Of course there is something we need to do to AVOID chastisement or "refinement" . . . NOT to be saved. We are already saved as a species by Christ. He has laid the foundation and we are responsible for what we build on it. THAT is what we have to do.

A cave is a dark place void of any light.

If were to use the analogy of the cave being as like our souls, the light being as like God, and the one carier the lantern being as like the conscience, we could state: "that before our dark souls (Dark as in lack of spiritual knowledge of God) can see the light of day, the light must need be first introduced"

The reality then remains that darkness, void of any light, can not be illuminated without the light.

God illuminates our dark souls and leads us to His light, first an foremost, before any change can take place in our souls.

Blessings, AJ

When one uses a hand lantern to light up the path into a dark cave, it could be said, that unless one introduces a source of light into a dark cave, the cave will remain dark.

So are you saying it is a fallacy that God opened Lydia's heart?
Or are you saying that Lydia could have closed her heart again after God opened it?
If so, I suppose you think Saul of Tarsus and Nebuchadnezzar could have closed their hearts too eh?

No one is arguing otherwise. A Bic Mac is 100% creation of McDonalds, but it will not find its way to your belly unless you eat it.

When the light bearer comes to bring light, some people run deeper into the cave so they can avoid the light.

Again, Jesus talks about COMING to the light, and NOT coming to the light.

John 3:19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed
