did I not point out the apostles had the pastoral gift, as well as the prophet, and the teacher. like wise the apostle Peter. for Paul see 1 Corinthian 13:2. and then see 1 Corinthian 12:28 and it list what God set in the church.
I am still not sure what you are calling the "Pastoral Gift". Can you show me that term in scripture?

KNOWLEDGE & UNDERSTANDING, now go back to Jer 3:15 and see what a Pastor is.
People listen up. Pastoring is a Gift to feed God flock with KNOWLEDGE and UNDERSTANDING. and this gift is given to those who preach, teach, and instruct God people. Peter was a Pastor. listen, John 21:15 "So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs.16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep”. now Jeremiah 3:15 "And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding”. FEED MY SHEEP.
and a WOMAN can feed SHEEP. for it is not the person, but he who is in the person that feeds.
even in the old testament women fead the flock physically. and now at Zion she can still feed the flock of God, with Spiritual Food. old testament example. Genesis 29:9 "And while he yet spake with them, Rachel came with her father's sheep: for she kept them".
