From what I read it was 2 different youth groups on their way back from the March For Life in DC. My son was going to drive with his college church group, but decided to cancel after the weather turned bad. Sorry for him that he didn't get to go, but happy he made an adult decision on his own.

My niece and her husband plus some others went with the high school kids in our area on buses. They marched but decided to stay at their hotel so they weren't stranded on the highway. The kids had a ball though. They will have memories for a lifetime.
