No Jesus did not substantiate Peter. Peter failed that’s why He died upside down crucifixion.
When Jesus said that He was speaking not of Peter but of those who God would reveal the secrets of the kingdom of God to. Peter was never meant to succeed. He was a proxy. God was leaving for a time but needed to leave a message for others to find the way to Him. He’s coming back when you follow me and my brother prophets.
So Peter accepting Paul gets no merit and Paul gets no merit.
I am here to turn this thing around and it will happen, guaranteed. It won’t just be me though but all my brothers and sisters who do God’s will as I have been sent.
So you're more important than Peter and Paul? We have a real prophet right here on C-D? Wow!
I have heard this over and over. There is no room in heaven for sinners. Your either holy or a sinner.
Jesus made no bones about it.
He said ; “Sin because they do not believe in me.”
If your a sinner you do not believe as I have been telling you. Following Paul has derailed your way!
“No one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born from above.”
“The one who comes from above is above all. He who belongs to the world thinks like the world and speaks in a worldly way. The one who comes from heaven is above all. He testifies to what he has seen and heard but no one believes him. If anyone does believe they render the truth of God.” (John3)
Are you a sinner?
Be like the prophets and be blameless!
Not sure what prophet you're referring to, because it isn't one of God that said that we can be sinless
1 John 1:8 "If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us."
Actually, Richard is correct, in this instance. John was writing of Revelation when he wrote that. It clearly was not a warning about other books.
Having said that, we know that all Scripture is God-breathed, so we can imagine what God thinks of people trying to speak in his name when he didn't inspire it. So the point remains, we should not add to his Word.

I don't think so.
At the very least, it is not a gamble that I would want to make; where I would even think to have the liberty to take something away from what is written in the holy scriptures.
See Acts 15:18 for my take on Revelation 22:18-19 being about the book of Revelation only.
The Protestant kjv Bible is a work of the Lord that was known unto God from the beginning; and also in the moments that John penned Revelation 22:18-19.

1 John 1:8 "If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us."
"sinless perfection" is a misnomer that is applied to the doctrine of "entire sanctification" in order to produce a straw man that is easily toppled by 1 John 1:8.
While the doctrine in question does not contend that sin is eradicated from a man (so that he could say that he has no sin); but rather that it is rendered dead (Romans 6:6, Galatians 5:24, Romans 7:8) so that it no longer has any say over his behaviour (Romans 6:14) as an element that is dwelling within his mortal flesh.
Thus there is no contradiction between 1 John 1:8 and a literal rendering of 1 John 3:5-9.
1 John 1:8 does not say "If we say that we do no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us."
It should be clear that we do no sin if we are truly born of God (1 John 3:5-9)

Believing that no one is blameless is outright wrong. Genuine scripture shows it.
As it is written; “Walk in my presence and be blameless.” (Genesis 17:1)
“Go and sin no more.” (Jesus )
“The upright shall dwell in the land, the blameless shall remain in it.”(Pro 2:21)
“Whoever seeks the glory of the One who sent him is truthful and there is no unrighteousness in him.”(Jesus)
“Blessed is he whose way is blameless, who walks in the law of the Lord.” Psalm 119:1
“There was once a man in the land of Uz whose name was Job. That man was blameless and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil.”
“Blessed are the pure of heart, they shall see God.”
