The dead are those who sin. The living are those who keep Gods ways and walk in His presence. Heaven and hell are filled with those deserved of their place in the here and now. If you haven’t found heaven and God’s glory while your fleshly body lives you never will.
“The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament proclaim the works of His hand.”
It would seem accurate to say those who 'practice sin' ( Hebrews 10:26) are dead, spiritually dead.
The literal dead are still sleeping according to Acts 24:15 because it uses the ' future tense' that there 'is going to be' a resurrection......
Jesus and the OT both teach sleep and Not pain in death - John 11:11-14; Psalm 115:17; Isaiah 38:18; Ecclesiastes 9:5.
Biblical hell aka the temporary stone-cold grave for the sleeping dead comes to final end in a symbolic ' second death '.
After everyone in biblical hell/grave is ' delivered up' (resurrected) then emptied-out hell is cast vacant into second death.- Rev. 20:13-14

The kingdom of heaven is at hand.
“The only one who’s gone up to heaven is the one who came down from heaven, the son of man, who is in heaven.”
Jesus said ``but concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read what God said to you ``I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? He is not the God of the dead, but of the living `` from Matthew 22:31-32......... See God proclaim here that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are living, and He is their God ................................. Then the only parts of the bible which are not attributed to Jesus correctly are when Jesus was a young person they went off to Egypt until king Harold was dead, and the other Gospel report was that no mention of Egypt, but they went to the temple in Jerusalem to be dedicated to God as the firstborn, and then they went back to the temple a few yeas later ..... other that this two conflicting reports, there are no other parts of the bible which are attributed Jesus incorrectly
Yahweh came into the world when the Father breathed life into Adam. Of course, He is the God of all mankind. In the same way that Adam was the first created man, Jesus is the first born man. Yahweh is the Holy Spirit. There is life in the Spirit. It is true that every living person is Yahweh's. But do we ask this question merely about being able to ambulate about? Doesn't the question of life also have to do with quality of life in some way? I reckon that is a challenge to us, not something telling us we are ill fated and doomed.
Some people believe that God is the God of all but Jesus says otherwise. He said that the LORD is the God of those who live and describes the living.
Do you know who the living are?
“He (the Father) is the God of the living not of the dead.”
“He is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.”
You've taken the verses out of context. Jesus is creatively addressing the issue of the resurrection. The Sadducees did not except a resurrection - this is why they were sad, you see (an old joke, admittedly). The point is that if God is the God of Abraham and Isaac, who were obviously physically dead, then there is a resurrection because God is the God of the living, not the dead.
I don't disagree with the point you are making, but those aren't the verses that make it. A more relevant passage would be Jesus' conversation with Nicodemus in John 3 about being born again. The born again are the living.

But for those who preceded the birth of Jesus, there was no opportunity for them to be "born again" while alive by belief in Him as you assert. The "born again" happened after their physical death, as it will for all of us.
Everyone who is religious believes their god is above, every other god.
Of course, you wouldn't want their god being bigger than yours?
King of kings and lord of lords
There is one who is above all and in all, but the all are very divided and scattered and all have sinned/erred according to the natural inclination to dominate and take over another peoples region, goods, “wives” etc not keeping to their own “estate”
Jer 8:9**The wise men are ashamed, they are dismayed and taken: lo, they have rejected the word of the LORD; and what wisdom is in them?
Jer 8:10**Therefore will I give their wives unto others, and their fields to them that shall inherit them: for every one from the least even unto the greatest is given to covetousness, from the prophet even unto the priest every one dealeth falsely.
Jer 8:11**For they have healed the hurt of the daughter of my people slightly, saying, Peace, peace; when there is no peace.
Jer 8:12**Were they ashamed when they had committed abomination? nay, they were not at all ashamed, neither could they blush: therefore shall they fall among them that fall: in the time of their visitation they shall be cast down, saith the LORD.
Rom 1:19**Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
Rom 1:20**For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Rom 1:21**Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Rom 1:22**Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
Rom 1:23**And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Rom 1:24**Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Rom 1:25**Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
