You're right Irowmaw, you choose to see what YOU want to see. We UNDERSTAND what we read through prayer, the Holy Spirit and common sense that God gave us. We don't question His authority.

The Holy Bible is a reflection of GOD. If you see yourself when you read the Bible then that explains UR in a nutshell.
Actually i didn't say anything about seeing what you want to see ... I said you see the reflection of your own soul. If you are a violent, greedy and self righteous pharisee(or simply brainwashed by them), you will see eternal torture, sin and death. If you are peaceful generous and humble, you will see the Liberty in Christ for all things and the his complete victory over torture, sin and death for all creation.

"In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not."(Jhn 1:5)

You are in the darkness, come into the light.

Rev 21:5
"And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful."

These are the words of our lord Christ ... He promises that he will make everything new. Not a few things, not some things, all things. These words are faithful and true. Why don't you believe him? Why do you deny the truth of his words? Why do you resist God and his Christ and his plan and purpose for the ages which is to reconcile all things? Why do you insist that evil and sin and death will exist forever when Christ pormises that he will destroy them and make everything new? Why is your heart so hard that you cannot hear what the spirit is saying to the church?

Jesus will accomplish his purpose 100%.
Jesus gave His life for all and He will save all. He has been made heir of all. He is able to subdue all to Himself including all hearts. Praise God for His unfailing love and promises. God bless.
