In Philadelphia you have to wait a second or two before moving forward on green because there always are five or six idiots running the red light on the cross street.

I think the aggressiveness shows when it snows. There are so many accidents every time because people seem to have NO CLUE how to adjust to their surroundings.
Cincinnati is a city where drivers drive 10mph under the limit until the light turns yellow, then they hit the gas cruising through the intersection 5 seconds after the light turns red. Passive-Aggressive at its finest.

Also, while we're on the topic of names...Wisconsinites call people from Illinois FIBs...or F**king Illinois Ba$tards. It usually manifests when slamming on your breaks behind an Illinois driver while shouting "F**KING FIB!" Redundant...but they deserve it twice.

Take a drive around town maybe on the 1-71 you choose i guarrentee you everyone is going over the speed limit. Heck the speed limit on the 1-71 in urban areas is 55mph everyone is doing 65-75. Some 80.

As an example, this is a city where I constantly contend with idiots stopping the flow of traffic to motion another driver out of a parking lot / cross street and into moving traffic.
^This.

This list is shenanigans. Try driving in DC/Baltimore metro or anywhere along the I-95 corridor if you want to see some crazy a$$ driving.

I agree, Cincinnatians are not agressive at all. Maybe lazy in their driving habits, but certainly not aggressive.

Oh my gosh that was the most aggressive crazy driving i ever seen was on that freeway, it got a little less crazy once you got to Deleware and New Jersey border but then your in NYC, I swear sometimes they drive like a little less aggressive version of Moscow drivers.

If there is one thing I agree with it is noone pays any attention to the 55mph limit on the urban sections of the expressway. There was a reason those limits were set on congested in town sections of the road but it is obvious nobody cares.
