Looking around through Dillonvale, Deer Park and Greenhills and I'm finding nothing that fits the bill - ugh! There are a ton in our price range available in Maineville. Why do you think there are so many rentals? Not a desirable or perhaps a lot of new sub-divisions?
Ah. That's what I suspected earlier haha.

$1200 - $1400 a month... on here we (or I at least) consider $600 / month or less to "be on a tight budget". So yeah, not much reason to mess with any of the places listed so far.

To be honest though, Trenton might be a good option. Why would be because you could utilize Bypass 4, a efficient boulevard, as a nearly straight shot between where you would want to rent (newer housing on the western edge of the village) and Springdale, right next to Sharonville. Here's some rentals in your range in Trenton:

599 Whispering Pines Pl, Trenton, OH 45067 is For Rent - Zillow
903 Regency Ct, Trenton, OH 45067 is For Rent - Zillow
931 E Branch Ct, Trenton, OH 45067 is For Rent - Zillow
979 Dayspring Ln, Trenton, OH 45067 is For Rent - Zillow

Besides there, Maineville is a good option, but you are already looking there, and Lebanon might be worth a look too. I can't think of anywhere else offhand that meets your criteria as well, but maybe there's something in Clermont Co. somewhere?

Good luck!

^^ OP no reason to go to Clermont Co. when working in Sharonville.

Even Maineville is a stetch, your commute costs will be high. But if you can get one of the newer homes on a desirable lease you may offset the difference.

OP ...

Have you made any decision on a location? At your indicated rental amount you should have a broad swath to chose from. But then it comes back to, if you don't have to spend that much on rent why should you? Just my opinion.
