I think Tyson was born in upstate but moved to Brownsville, Brooklyn at a young age. That's where he became a criminal and gained his notiriety on the streets.

The opposite. He was born in Brownsville and then moved to Peetskill under the tutelage of Cus D'Amata.

No. He went to cus after being arrested multiple times in Brooklyn. They wanted to keep him off the streets of Brownsville so he went to cus. He would return to Brooklyn however, to rob people even while he was training with cus.

And he was born in Catskill....not Brooklyn.
