Atlanta is the cultural capital of WHAT region? The south? No way, and what culture are you talking about? Southern? I'll give you that.

Atlanta is much like New York.New Yorks culture is a mesh of the entire North East.No other region overall has the architectural,historical,entertainment,media and political influence that represents in one city what the whole region is identified by.Atlanta constantly stands out in the Southern Region as the de Facto capitol

Atlanta has been called "the capital of the south" before, but I and a lot of other people on this site have all come to an agreement that no southern city really dominates the others.
