Thats true, but what does that have to do with being elite? Lol, I guess he or she is trying to say that only rich folks can shop there..? I don't know.
I don't know either only thing I could think of I think Neimans is expensive though from what I hear
Shopping really has nothing to do with being elite though. I mean, if you're elite you can do pretty much any shopping you want, but saying "my city has this store" doesn't make it more elite.
