There are many expensive stories in different cities. 5th Avenue, 34th st, Soho, come to mind in NYC.

Shopping really has nothing to do with being elite though. I mean, if you're elite you can do pretty much any shopping you want, but saying "my city has this store" doesn't make it more elite.
