Lol yeah, I make my own pizza's all the time. I know what you are talking about too, I've walked into pizza shops in Brooklyn and the guys were speaking Italian to eachother, and I understood some of it, I'm half Italian . I don't know much about Chicago-style to be honest, I just know they like their sauce ontop of their cheese lol.

I'll admit I'm a huge fan of the original Philadelphia cheesesteak (not Geno's or Pat's-lol). The ones you get at the hole-in-the-wall type establishments all over Philly. And the spicy meat pies of southern Louisiana!
