Oh hey the three most populous states have the most boosters (and with the fourth state consisting of many transplants from the third). How is this confusing to anyone but the very, very slow?
Exactly!
New York, California, Texas, and Georgia have the most posters on the forum. Therefore, you're going to hear the most from them.
Westbank, I took it that Oy meant Florida by the 4th state, no?
I was just pointing out that the states that you hear about the most on City vs. City are the states with the most posters. Florida may be 4th most populous, but Georgia has more representation here.
I was just pointing out that the states that you hear about the most on City vs. City are the states with the most posters. It just so happens that the 3 states K.O.N.Y. named fit into that category.

As a Californian, I am proud of every single US state. After all, they would literally just be lines on a map if they had no meaning, and every single US state contributes to the greatness of the United State.
Imagine if the US was a unitary state where the central government could draw and redraw subnational entities (IE US states) at a whim? We wouldn't NEARLY have as much attachment to our states, but probably identify ourselves more with the region of the country we're from AND even more to the cities we're from. Of course, that would defeat the whole purpose of the US being called the United States.
With that being said, I always find something special about every state I visit. However, it IS nice to come home to this, despite all the problems:
If anything, I encourage EVERY American to see more of our great country. Be proud of who you are and where you're from!
