I figured his parameters included cities in the state itself because he explicitly mentioned the state by name.

That said, I will second (or third?) the choice of St. Louis.

You figured right, my friend. Perhaps I wasn't very clear, but I meant the Missouri/Kansas line, and not the Mississippi line, because I wanted to include St Louis and Kansas City in the discussion.
