I'm guessing New Orleans is missing because of the way it classifies some crime categories? I know Chicago does something with the way it reports rape that makes it not reported in these "uniform" lists. We'd be right below Kansas City on that list.

I see Rockford, and also Springfield listed here. Maybe they report differently than the rest of the state?
