Hahaha 1.7 Million poor and 3.2 Million undereducated adults crammed into 304 sq miles is woefully inferior to SF by a longshot. And it isnt even close.

Sorri, no weaseling your way out of this one.

Lol at being proud of this statistic. So you're saying more people can actually afford to live in/near NYC? And this is a bad thing?

You still haven't refuted my examples of most expensive homes and apartments. More people can live in/around NYC AND the rich can still flaunt their wealth better. Sounds like the best of both worlds, to me.

Nope. NYC has a higher total of educated adults and wealthier people crammed into those 304 sq miles, too. We take the good with the bad. No weaseling necessary. It also has a higher total of super wealthy individuals, since all you care about is money. And it isn't even close

Yawns at the desparation. And LOL at the hypocrisy talking about affordability followed by links to expensive penthouses. That was **such** an EPIC FAIL.

Sorry, this is the whole picture:

Median Home Price ,Q3 2013
San Francisco MSA $744,000
New York MSA.$410,000

toodles.

hahahaha 100 billionaires DOES NOT 'balance out' MILLIONS OF POOR AND UNEDUCATED PEOPLE.

You paint New York as thirdworldish.

Food for thought.

Lol at painting a whole picture

Hey, you want to keep going back to money. NYC's richest are RICHER than SF's richest. No hypocrisy involved. I openly admit NYC's affordability/poverty problems. You just keep sticking your head in the sand--guess it doesn't fit with your narrative of The Bay being this wealthy paradise.

Lol the data I provided is only talking about Manhattan. No Long Island, no Connecticut, no Jersey. It's much higher than that. And 389,000 millionaires out of 1.6 million people is fairly impressive, no?

And if I paint New York as third worldish, you paint The Bay as downright dystopian (no poor people allowed!). I'll take the place that at least gives people a chance, any day.

Musically, what has SF given the world? Because at least NYC's "poor" create things
