Note: Denver #5; Seattle #8 (I am unaware of the criteria used but the fact is that all three cities are incredibly fit and healthy and always have been)
These are three metros that are so similar that personal preference is going to be the deciding factor. They're all very close on all the criteria (but Seattle is much more expensive and has milder summers). Everyone will say something different and they'll all be totally justified in doing so.

It's based off of things like number of recreational facilities, park spending, dog parks, etc... I could see the argument for fitness but it doesn't really say much about "outdoorsiness"
Geez, even our own Minneapolis posters won't vote for Minny over Seattle. Everybody, their mother, and their mother's friend want to live in Seattle. Call me old-fashioned (or bitter), but that's a huge turn-off for me because I'd hate to live in the "it city" and have always preferred the underdog city personally. Seattle's days as the underdog are long gone! Me being firmly in the middle-class (at best) currently, Minneapolis and even Denver hold so much more appeal than Seattle simply due to cost of living. If money were not an object then I can see more arguments for Seattle, but that's like saying isolation is not an object for Denver or cold weather is not an object for Minneapolis.
Safety: I believe it's Minneapolis
Raising a child: 3 way tie
Cooler weather during the summer: Seattle for sure
Education: Minneapolis
Dating for young single mothers: Denver!!
Interracial dating: Denver or Minneapolis
Things to do downtown: Seattle>Denver>Minneapolis
Experiencing the "great outdoors": 3 way tie. Seattle has the Sound and lakes, but the mountains are kind of far. Denver has Mountains near by. Minneapolis has many lakes everywhere. Can't lose with either.
Less expensive daycare services: Not sure
Liberal politics: Seattle
Racial integration: Tie?
Inexpensive housing prices: Denver and Minneapolis
Nursing job prospects: Not sure
I think Seattle might fit you the best, Minneapolis and then Denver.
