Baltimore has ethnic neighborhoods.. Little Italy, highlandtown has Greeks, Patterson Park has Latinos of multiple nationalities, upper Park Heights is Jewish, Lower Park Heights, although rough, has people from all over the Caribbean, East Asians in Mount Vernon, Koreans in Charles Village, Jamaicans in Remington.
North End and East Boston used to be Italian but now have more of a Latino (Hispanic) flavor. Dorchester Center is heavily African-American and Cape Verdean-American.
Mattapan is heavily (~70%) West Indian. Southern Dorchester has a lot of Irish, Vietnamese and Haitians. Roxbury has a lot of African Americans and Cape Verdeans. Jamaican Plain has a lot of Dominicans (overall the neighborhood has everything).
Roslindale, Hyde Park and West Roxbury all boast varied amounts of West Indians, Italians, Irish, and Asians as well.
South Boston obviously is known for Irish folks. South End also has a lot of Latinos. Charlestown has a lot of Irish and Italians.
All these neighborhoods have ethnic food offerings as well.
In history we're probably tied with NYC and Philly.
New York City has a lot of different kinds of races which leads to a lot of culture in the city. Compare that to Little Rock? Which city do you think has more culture?
By your info I take it your from Chicago and New York City has more culture then Chicago as well.

I'll take Boston over all others but i may be a bit biased! Your statements are spot on but will say the
North End is still very much Italian, but it's not the Hispanics moving there, more like the younger well paid single crowd that are mostly white and females. East Boston is more Latino now then ever and very diversified with the Italians being the minority
