Atlanta hasnt been hot since 2008, and by that I mean the main thing that matters, our economy. And people are still moving down here.. not time to relax yet. And the traffic... can't even get home in 15 minutes anymore after these last couple years and lets just say my commute isnt very far, not at all...

Commute in the big city is awful. Atlanta really needs to expand their mass transit system.

I don't know if there's going to be a hot new city that garners a large influx of people from outside the metro.

In the age of stagnant wages for the young and helicopter parenting, are young people going to become "men" and "women" enough to fly away from their nesting grounds?

hot cities ususally grow when a hot industries and companies locate there like austin ,seattle and portland.

those cities had austin had Dell, seattle had microsoft and Portland had INTEL. all related to the computer tech industry.

So which cities have a new industry driving growth??

Energy production will probably be important in the coming years.......Solar panel producers, wind power and alternate energy sources.....

Look for Texas Cities to well also Sioux falls south dakota....I believe they produce a lot of panels there.

Generic Pharm Drugs: look for cities like Philadelphia and other Pharm hub to be big.

Ssshhh don't tell them, they've literally built a Del Taco ofd S Cobb so damn fast it was ridiuclous, and now theyre putting a Quiktrip, literally, 5 minutes WALKING distance, away from a Racetrack, a huge one. What is the point of that. We are growing faster than we can keep up..

And don't get me started with the Braves situation, the Giants dont even play in the STATE of New York, yet people still call them the NY Giants, so please.
