True, but I was surprised that it even existed.

Atlanta will offer newer housing closer to the core for less than Minneapolis. Even the run down neighborhoods in Atlanta offer fully renovated housing.

Try renting within a mile of peachtree spine from Ponce-City on up, especially with the Beltline, I know people from twin cities who moved out to Cobb because the city itself, in a decent neighborhood, is overpriced.

Some parts of the SWATS is cheap, but a bit of is technically OTP even though it is the city.

Minny is probably more expensive metrowide, I’m not buying the core in the city itself at all.

And why isn’t anyone talking about Louisville, what is life like there?

I said closer to the core. Trust me Atlanta is not as expensive as Nashville in that area. You can still find decent places to live, especially if you are going to buy instead of rent. Minneapolis and Nashville are way overpriced compared to Atlanta. Indy is dirt cheap. Orlando and Houston are about average.

Do you have a source? Every COL tool I have viewed has Atlanta around 6-7% higher than that of Nashville.

They include most of Davidson County for Nashville since it is metro government and Atlanta is not. Therefore, the stats are misleading for Nashville meaning that very expensive real estate in the core, East Nashville, West End, 12 South, Mid Town, etc. are combined with lower income areas such as Madison, Antioch, North Nashville etc. which gives the overall impression that Nashville is more affordable. I can only give you direct links to real estate in comparable areas, but they are against the rules here.

Lol I’m not buying that. Atlanta is more expensive because it has more amenities and more expansive urban area. Buckhead, Midtown, Va Highlands, Ponce by the Beltline, etc. are some of the most expensive areas in the nation.

You don't have to buy anything, and you don't have to use hyperbole to justify your argument.
