Another tough one. I definitely prefer the climate of Lexington, but South Dakota is the place to be right now. They may have the best state government in the US. Plus with all of the breathtaking scenery nearby, Rapid City wins.

Oxford, Ohio or Fayetteville, Arkansas?
Fayetteville. One of the best small metros in the nation and very underrated, IMO. Gorgeous area, lots of outdoor activities, college town atmosphere, nice economy, great cost of living, some of the nicest residents I've ever come across in my travels, and terrific climate. Very high quality of life. This one was easy.

Wellesley Island, New York or Isle of Palms, South Carolina?
