Syracuse. It's an interesting little city and upstate NY has much to offer.

Indianapolis; Florida weather is cool, but I wouldn't want to live in a primarily touristy area

Definitely Columbus; closer to friends and family and the rest of the country apart from the west coast. Plus a much better city IMO, even if it's smaller.
