Don't know much about either, but I suppose I'd pick Cheyenne-close to Denver/Colorado and some pretty natural scenery, and probably warmer than North Dakota.
Gulf Shores, Alabama or Fenwick Island, Delaware?
Fenwick Island, Delaware because I'd rather live anywhere than Alabama. And I like Delaware from the few times I've been there.
Bellingham. It's a cute town, close to Seattle and Vancouver. Love the mix of mountain and sea recreation.
