I think I would try Indianapolis, never been, but I know Portland well, and mostly "no thanks".

idk what either of those are, but after looking it up, ill have to go with ephriam because its utah and ill be able to see the mountains (idk if russel has mountains) and its bigger, plus kansas has tornatoes (which idk why im so concerned bcuz where i live theres tornatoes every year)
