Toledo because it's own distinct separate city unlike Norfolk that often times gets lumped in with the other Hampton Roads cities.

idk what either of those are, but after looking it up, ill have to go with ephriam because its utah and ill be able to see the mountains (idk if russel has mountains) and its bigger, plus kansas has tornatoes (which idk why im so concerned bcuz where i live theres tornatoes every year)

I'd go with Savannah here. Mainly because one of my favorite restaurant of all time is there, Molly MacPherson's Scottish Pub.
