I wouldn't want to live in the Boston area again but I honestly wouldn't pass on Brookline. The urban footprint isn't as thick as Boston yet you still have the world at your feet there. The leafy back streets off Comm Ave are pretty sweet.

San Jose is not for me. If you offered Santa Cruz or Monterrey, then I'd take it over Brookline.

Wareham, MA or Seabrook, NH?

Tulsa because it is a more attractive city with more unique culture.

Birmingham AL because it is closer to the scenery I like (hills, mountains, forests) and closer to Tennessee

Carbondale, Illinois versus Fort Smith, Arkansas

Fort Smith. It's closer to some really gorgeous scenery and NWA, but also close to/in Tornado Alley which is a major plus.

Charlotte, North Carolina or Kansas City, Missouri? Please give a brief explanation for your choice

Thank you for that! ^

Charlotte, closer to things I like such as access to mountains and beaches, and close to family too. Kansas City seems like a more interesting place to visit ( love the BBQ in that area).

Fort Wort, TX or Sugar Land, TX?

Definitely Fort Worth for me. I like the downtown and the greenery around the Trinity River. TCU is right in town for proximity to college sports and it's a more diversified economy in the DFW metroplex compared to greater Houston area. I think the weather is slightly more desirable in FW also though June through September is likely tough. Sugar Land might be a better option for families.

Grand Junction CO or Reno NV?
