Give me Yonkers. I'd like to experience that side of life...living in a suburb of NYC. Hammond is intriguing and a place I've considered investing/purchasing real estate, and while it has a much lower COL I'd rather go for Yonkers.

Portland, OR vs Jacksonville
Portland... while Jacksonville has its perks (warm winters, beach access), Portland seems like a more thriving place to live where quality of life is indubitably going to be higher.

Milwaukee, WI or Richmond, VA?
Richmond. Though Milwaukee has some pretty good areas, I just wasn't drawn to it very much overall when I've visited. I really like Richmond and its location.
Erg...I really don't want to live in Ocala but I think I'll pick it over Dayton just cause it's FL. This is a tough one though, and neither is high on my list.

Sacramento v Milwaukee
Sacramento. I prefer it's area over Milwaukees, I has better weather imo, & it's close to Tahoe.

Denver, CO or Phoenix, AZ?
For as much as I love the mountains and to ski, and would hate Phoenix during the summer, I’d still choose Phoenix for one reason. I could leave my house at 6am and be in the water by noon. Denver is just way too landlocked for my tastes.
How about neighboring Midwest capitals with nearly identical populations?
Indianapolis, IN or Columbus, OH?

Richmond. Better access to the Northeast corridor, and I believe it has more historic architecture than Charlotte (someone correct me if I am wrong). I like both Virginia and North Carolina, but do like that Virginia has become more progressive in recent years.
Tucson, AZ or Kansas City, MO?
