Newport News. I love both NC and VA, but I do prefer NC to VA overall. I prefer Newport New to High Point and the Tidewater area to the Triad. Still again, I really do like both areas.

Greenville, SC or Tucson, AZ?

Oh, Greenville. It's a beautiful area, while the topography of most of Arizona does nothing for me.

Buffalo, NY, or Detroit, MI?

Detroit. So much bigger, it's not really close for me. I actually like Detroit quite a bit as well.

Kansas City v Indianapolis

Kansas City. KC has more to do overall than Indy. Indy is a good area, but KC is one of my favorite areas in the country. Underrated, IMO.

Pittsburgh, PA metro vs. Detroit, MI metro?

Detroit metro.... Its volume and diversity appeals to me more. I'd choose Pittsburgh as a city though, despite really liking Detroit.

Youngstown, OH or Newburgh, NY?

Youngstown, OH or Newburgh, NY?
Youngstown, OH. I like the manufacturing base, easier access to wilderness/Lake Erie and the cooler summers and winters. Newburgh is too crowded for me

Plattsburgh, NY or Toledo, OH?

Plattsburgh, NY or Toledo, OH?
Plattsburgh. It's close to the fabulous city of Montréal, and I think I prefer NY State to Ohio, overall. Lived in Detroit for years, so I know Toledo is a sad looking place.

Rochester, NY, or Cleveland, OH?

Cleveland. I do like Rochester, but there's more to do in the Cleveland area.

Grand Rapids, MI or Omaha, NE?

Omaha by a smidge. Love both cities though.

Lancaster, PA or Norfolk, VA?

Norfolk. Better climate, not as depressing as PA, and still not too far from DC weekend getaways.

Atlanta, GA, metro, my home for the night, or Houston, TX metro?
