Yikes. I really don't know. I'll default to Tally cause I am at least familiar with it, and FL, and the lack of state income tax. But I imagine as a city generally speaking, BR would be on the same tier at least and very competitive.

Reno, NV vs Philadelphia, PA

Reno. Safer and closer to California.

Charleston. It's on my list of places to spend a few months in...really really interested. Sarasota holds very little interest for me. Have spent a week there in total on two visits.

Moraga, CA vs Reno, NV
(or should I say, St Mary's vs U of Nevada)

choose wisely

Charleston. Seems like a really cool city with lots to do..... supposedly a great food city Better overall climate than Sarasota.... though the summers probably are brutal.

Moraga. Closer to major cities..... probably a better climate. Besides gambling.. not sure what else Reno offers.

Laredo TX or Jackson MS.

Laredo, TX. Very neat cattle/farming/rodeo industries. More diverse culturally. I am not sure why anyone would want to live in Jackson.

Knoxville, TN or Norfolk, VA?
