I don't know either town but all things considered I'd rather live in a Philly suburb than a Baltimore one.

Gainesville GA or Anderson SC?

Gainesville. Close enough to Atlanta to make a practical living while nestled close to the scenic NE GA mountains along with the cool towns of Dahlonega and Helen. There's even an Amtrak stop to make a quick trip to midtown Atlanta without dealing with the traffic. Anderson is just your typical bantamweight small city that's too far to really benefit from nearby cities along the I-85 corridor.

Kittery, ME vs. Old Saybrook, CT

Devon. The New York capital region is lovely, and the state has some lovely suburbs, but Philadelphia's suburbs outclass all but a handful of New York State's.

Hot Springs, Ark., or Excelsior Springs, Mo.?

Hot Springs, as it seems to have a lot going on for its size.

Easley. I'll take the better weather of the sunbelt and its proximity to Greenville/Clemson area and to a lesser extent Atlanta.

Virginia Beach, VA or Wilmington NC?

Virginia Beach. It's significantly bigger and farther north, and both of those are good for me. It's also close to other sizable cities. I like the idea of Virginia as well.

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Dallas, Texas?

Though I prefer Philadelphia to visit, I would definitely pick Dallas to live.

New Smyrna Beach... both coastal towns seem nice but I prefer NSB's location and the fact that the surrounding area is more populous.

Midland, TX or Yuma, AZ?

Seems like there would be more going on in Midland so I would go with TX over AZ. Though being 2.5 hours away from San Diego in Yuma would be a nice.

Seabrook Island SC or Pawley's Island SC?
