Morgantown. Beautiful mountain area and close to Pittsburgh.

Knoxville, TN because I could not handle Wisconsin winters.
Lawton, Oklahoma or Fort Smith,Arkansas?

Buffalo, because it has real neighborhoods and at least a modicum of transit.
