Allentown, PA and Tulsa, OK?
Allentown, for proximity to Philly and north Jersey/NYC alone.

Baltimore or Oakland?

Baltimore. I like its location on the east coast and its convenience to so many major areas.

Portland, ME or Portland, OR?

BOONE! Made a visit in 1989 at age 15. Beautiful. I am not too into the "deep south" I.e. MS, AL, LA.

Sarasota FL or Sausalito CA???

Madison. Really nice, smaller metro area. Those lakes right in the city are just beautiful.

Lexington, KY or Columbia, MO?

Columbia is prettier, but Lexington is a nicer city, so Lexington.

Richmond, KY or Albany, GA?

Richmond. It's in the Lexington area, so I like that. Pretty countryside. I like the climate better than Albany.

Youngstown, OH or Flint, MI?
