Athens, GA or Madison, WI?
Madison,WI. Not a fan of Georgia summers (I live in Georgia).

San Diego,CA or San Jose,CA?

La Jolla, both are very nice wealthy enclaves, but La Jolla is still incorporated within San Diego making it feel like less of a bubble.

Cannon Beach, OR or Friday Harbor, WA?

Pittsburgh. It's more urban & I like the food scene there.

Tampa. I prefer it's metro over New Orleans.

Speaking of New Orleans...
