I am happy that Arlington was chosen for part of the new HQ2. Being from Richmond and living in Baltimore, both cities will benefit from having a large company close by without having a huge increase in traffic and Realestate values.

Not sure what this comment is doing here. Did you pick up the rules of the game by reading the prior posts first?

Chula Vista, Calif., or Hialeah, Fla.?

Chula Vista. I live 15 miles from Hialeah and my in-laws purchased a farm there. No thanks

Reno, for its proximity to Lake Tahoe and Yosemite.

Manalapan, FL or Malibu, CA?

Jackson, WY, would rather live in a resort town than a declining industrial one with an abandoned open mining pit abutting the city.

Boise, ID or Spokane, WA?

Boise, ID or Spokane, WA?
Since no one else seems to be answering on this thread right now I'll answer again...

Spokane, WA. Never been anywhere out west but Spokane has nice proximity to northern Idaho and Montana. Very pretty city too.

Flagstaff, AZ or Boulder, CO?

Boulder, CO for its culture and young population. I also like it's proximity to Denver.

Nashville, TN or Louisville, KY?

Nashville has gotten too clogged and is not a good value for the money. I will take Louisville for its park system, restaurants, and beautiful neighborhoods walkable to both parks and great neighborhood commercial. Also I like the proximity of Cincinnati.

St Augustine FL or Santa Fe, NM?

St Augustine. I prefer the topography, climate, and greenery of the east.

Grand Rapids or Green Bay
