Fredericksburg, TX because it is much more charming in my opinion, lots of cute shops and restaurants, plus lots of wineries. Never been interested in TX coastal towns, seems to be more humid on the southern coast of TX

Keswick based purely off geography as I don't know anything about either aside from VT. I've heard good things about Charlottesville though. I guess both areas are infamous for violence .
