Boise sounds too cold and dry for me. I live in Colorado, but I think I prefer more lush climates. I'll go with South Bend.

Hm, I have a favorable impression of KC but I have to pick Atlanta easily on this one. Much larger and I am far more familiar with it. Consider ATL to be a second home, outside of my actual second home cities.

Detroit metro... Much bigger with a more diverse array of offerings.

2 really good small metros. I'll take Knoxville. I find it underrated. Love its location and a good bit to do in the area for its size.

Asheville, NC or Madison, WI?

Ashville, NC for sure. I'm done with rough winters. Took moving to Colorado to realize that, and it's not even that bad here.
