Grand Rapids. Less land locked. I'd rather live near the Great Lakes than be out in the plains, though Omaha is a pretty nice city.

That's a tough one. I guess Billings, it's growing a lot faster so it probably has more of a vibrant feel.

I could happily live in either of these places, and they're quite similar in character - the only real difference is that one is its state's capital while the other has a bunch of huge mansions in it.
I think I'll pick the one with the state capital over the one with the mansions. Annapolis - at least for now. But I reserve the right to shuttle between it and Newport.
