That's a tough call, but I would say L.A. because I hate the fall in NYC and L.A. has Indian Summer.

Summer only? Probably then NYC since June Gloom really sucks.

Can't beat L.A with all the cool beaches, attractions, neighborhoods, weather and Hollywood vibe!

True enough but LA tends to becomes a very dry tinderbox because it is prone to frequent droughts, sometimes lasting years-long, like the current one.

That's not what most people, including myself, consider "perfect" weather.

Variety is the spice of life.

LA has a unique energy about it that cannot be duplicated anywhere in the world.
It's not as fast paced as NYC, but it definitely has something special about it.

New York is cold in April, May, October and November. It's hot and humid in July and August. June is often very rainy and muggy.

No, thanks.

Los Angeles, all the way. I am honestly surprised to see so many people picking NYC. More for me I suppose. I think the West Coast offers a much higher quality of life anytime of year. I like to hike, go to the beach, and then to a fun underground party in the city all in the same day. I also prefer the people on this side of the country, seem to be more laid back, happy, progressive. With that being said, I think NYC is a wonderful city with a huge amount to offer.
