2018 data from south of the border (per 100k inhabitants)

Cali - 47.3
Medellin - 24.4
Rosario - 16
Montevideo - 15.4
Bogota - 12.7
Buenos Aires - 4.7
Cordoba - 3.98


Very impressive for Buenos Aires, its rate would place it among the safest cities in the United States

Capital of Colombia had its safest year in the past half century!!!

Horrible year for Montevideo, which typically is considered as the safest and most developed city in Latin America
