Great article about a rapidly improving and little known side of urban Louisville metro. This area is crawling with pedestrians in the summer especially on weekends like a New England resort town.

That's not my point. I'm just saying that the Louisville area is on par with those 2 adjacent areas combined in terms of land area, but with a similar population as one of those areas. That's all and by adding those other areas of KY is actually enhancing my point due to being an even bigger land area.

I think Replacing RIT with a highway that no longer exists might be the worst decision any city has ever made.

Yea, most of the major upstate NY cities did some pretty gnarly freeway routing through their cities.
