Calgary. It’s funny how Canadian skylines punch so far above their weight compared to American cities. I’d take Calgary’s skyline over most Americans’ except NYC, Chicago, Miami, San Francisco, and Seattle. And I’d place Calgary as the fourth best skyline in Canada.

Anyway, Vancouver or Jersey City?
Very true. Very big skylines and smaller populations. Meanwhile some American large metros have small skylines for their size.
I would choose Vancouver. It is a pretty skyline and clean looking city.
