Nashville due to being slightly taller and larger. Nashville us becoming dense with additional skyline nodes being built in the Gulch, West End, River North etc.

Tampa or Milwaukee?

Both are nice, but Tampa wins this for their collection of multiple tall towers vs Milwaukee's two.

Lincoln or Tallahassee?
