Fort Worth is now at 108 or 109 only one or two from breaking last years 26 year record high. I haven’t found a source that says so, however I’ve been counting homicides since the 100th homicide was reported.
Murders are pretty rare for East Boston but not unheard of.
Somehow Boston has bucked the national trend, I live in District C-11 Dorchester and crime is down in my area 25%

When does Boston ever follow negative national trends? It’s seems to float above the fray and discourse of the nations politics and issue to an extent. It’s insulated and unique in many ways.
I believe Cincinnati’s record was 94 homicides last year. CPD’s totals usually run a bit higher than FBI crime data due to inclusion of some non-criminal homicide categories.

Yet, the gang activity remains ever strong despite continuous federal raids and a changing city.
