I never noticed the Chicago suburbs were climbing. Suburbs like Wheaton and Hinsdale appeal to me a lot. But if "climbing" is what you're looking for, the Salt Lake City suburbs are perfect. High growth, low crime, and good prices.

There is a rule here in the Northern Chicago suburbs (actually, a law)... If you build a new house, you have to plant a certain number of trees on the property. The towns themselves own from sidewalk to road, and so in the towns will also plant a tree uniformly on the sidewalk with each new build.l as well.
Draper would benefit greatly from that standard. Views are stunning, houses aren’t terrible for builder grade new... But that neighborhood aesthetic is brutal.
