Some of these are head scratchers. Boston's Metrowest are better although the COL is high, Chicago's North Shore and west suburbs are better than almost all these choices for upscale, shopping, and proximity to an urban core. Westchester Co. is more upscale than almost all of these as well, along with N. NJ. Shaker Heights? Some of these are just middle of the road. Incomplete list, unless you just wanted choices from your list, otherwise why the "other" choice ?

Could have added Five Towns and North Shore of Long Island as well as some Bay Area suburbs (Marin County, Silicon Valley/Palo Alto/Los Altos/Menlo Park, etc).
I haven’t seen Birmingham / West Bloomfield / Bloomfield Hills in person — I’m kind of surprised it’s beating Alpharetta here. Is that accurate?
