South African immigration to the US isn't very high right? Are there any places in the US where they concentrate?
Very small group that is growing.
South Africa is now second only to Mexico, in H-2A visa holders and the NYT article reports that the number of South African visa holders has “soared 441 percent between 2011 and 2020.”
SA farm workers in hot demand in US after travel ban exemption - these skills can get you a visa
Small numbers but very diverse? I had no idea how diverse Las Vegas' immigrants were. My impression was that it was primarily Mexican and Filipino. Vegas is now the Cuban hub for the Western US.
Its also the 2nd biggest Ethiopian city West of Dallas and Minneapolis. Seattle is 1st.

Is Boston the only Urban Area that is whiter than the metro as a whole. Bostons “urban area” constitutes 89.7% of the Metro population.
Austin, Texas probably falls into this category, and will likely continue to do so as the newer suburbs to the South all tend to be majority Hispanic or plurality white/Hispanic, while the suburbs to the East are a mixed bag and the ones to the North are barely whiter than the city in some cases.
